WINDOWS
1. Open the VSee Messenger app. Please make sure you are logged-in using the correct email address.
2. Click on the 3 horizontal dots > Help > About VSee.
3. Your device's current app version (eg 4.7.2) and your account's subscription plan (eg VSee Pro) will be shown.
MAC
1. Click VSee on the top menu bar. Select About VSee.
2. Your device's current app version (eg 4.7.2) and your account's subscription plan (eg VSee Pro) will be shown.
UPGRADE SUBSCRIPTION
Please follow the steps above. Click Upgrade or contact help@vsee.com.
DELETE ACCOUNT OR CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
