How to view your health vitals
From the Health screen on your Patient account portal, you can view the health vitals of your recent and past readings.
View your recent readings under Title.
View the trend of your recent measurements’ readings under Chart.
The graph displays your Blood Pressure, Heart rate pulse, Blood Oxygen, Weight, and Temperature. Scroll as needed to view all graphs.
Take note, at least two readings must be recorded to draw a graph.
You can change the Days view: The options are Day, Week, and Month.
You will see the Day view by default.
The readings displayed would change based on your selection.s.
View the readings separately as a list on List View.
Select between Weight, Blood pressure, Blood oxygen, Heart rate pulse, and Temperature.
Take note, by default, you will see the Weight readings.
The source of the reading will be displayed. (Device name or Manual)
You can reject the readings as necessary.
