HIPAA Secure vs. HIPAA Compliant
All VSee solutions are HIPAA secure as it meets (and even exceeds) HIPAA security standards (256 bit AES). VSee has several characteristics that make it easy to protect the confidentiality of protected health information.
For HIPAA compliance, a healthcare provider needs to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with their video chat vendor (in this case, VSee).
