VSee offers free 2 weeks Plus trial for Free Clinic users.
Note: This is only valid once for newly subscribed Plus users and is not available for Premium downgrade users. This is also not available for Plus downgrade users.
Try the 14-Day Plus Trial Period
As soon as you log in to your Free Clinic account, on the upper and lower portion of your Dashboard you can see a banner with an option for you to use the 14-day free trial for Plus clinic.
1. Click on any of the Get 14 Days Free buttons.
Note: If you click on Skip Trial, the blue banner at the bottom will go away but you will still have the green banner on the upper portion to utilize when you decide to use the trial period.
Note: The $29.00 USD will only be charged from your card after the 14-day trial period. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.
You can also add a coupon code if you have one.
Click on Proceed With Payment to continue.
Click on Go To My Dashboard to check the features of the Plus Clinic.
You can click on Start Here to view training resources available for you to understand better the Plus Clinic.
Cancel the 14-Day Plus Trial Period
1. If you decide to cancel the trial period and revert back to Free Clinic, click on Your Name or the Profile Menu.
2. Select Clinic Plans.
Note: You can also upgrade to the Premium or Enterprise Clinics from this page.
Note: When you cancel during your free trial, you will be downgraded to the Free plan with immediate effect.
It is optional to click on the checkboxes or leave your own reason in the field provided.
If you did place some feedback, you can leave the VSee may contact me about my feedback checked so that our support team can reach out to you.
Click on Submit & Downgrade My Plan to proceed.
You can choose to upgrade back to Plus (or the other plans - Premium or Enterprise) by clicking on Upgrade Now.
