If you need to access instructional materials without logging in to the Welch Allyn Home Patient Portal, simply open your Welcome Email and click on Access Welch Allyn Home Step-by-step Guides here. You may want to bookmark the URL for easier access in the future.

Blue Sidebar

The link is also located in the Welch Allyn Home Patient Portal, you will see a blue open book button on the right side of your screen whatever page you are in the portal.

1. Hovering through it will expand it to a blue bar that says Access Guides Here. 

2. Click on the blue bar to open the link to view the instructional materials.

Help

If you need help with technical issues and would need someone to talk to or get back to you, follow these steps:

1. Click your name on the top right corner of the screen.

2. Click Help to view the Support phone number and email address.
