Note: Basic VSee Clinic is now a legacy plan.

Cancelling your Basic VSee Clinic subscription will switch your clinic to Free VSee Clinic. 

If you are experiencing any technical issues with your Basic VSee Clinic, you can always contact us at help@vsee.com. 

1. To proceed switching from Basic to Free VSee Clinic, log in and click on your name then choose Clinic Plans.

2. Click Cancel.

3. Once cancelled, you will receive an email confirmation that your paid subscription has been terminated. You can still use your clinic under the free plan.
