HEWLETT PACKARD PCs USING CYBERLINK YOUCAM

Some HP computers use CyberLink webcam software that can conflict with VSee. If you have an HP computer and are having problems getting your built-in webcam to work, please check to see if a CyberLink WebCam Virtual Driver (or similar) is installed.

To disable this software, open Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > right-click on CyberLink WebCam Virtual Driver > Disable > Restart your computer and VSee Messenger.
