1. New Admin Role and Scheduler Role

We have added two new user roles to help you manage your users and schedules easily.

• User Admin 

  • Create, edit, search and view list of providers

  • Create/invite, edit, suspend/confirm, view list of patients and patient details

  • Create, edit and delete calendar availability (slots), and visits

• Scheduler 

  • Search and view list of providers

  • Create/invite, edit, view list of patients and patient details

  • Create, edit and delete calendar availability (slots), and visits

2. Dashboard Updates for Better Visit Tracking & Team Coordination

• Quickly see in a glance the number of visits that are in the “New Visits” phase (getting ready, not yet connected) and that are in the “In Progress” phase (currently connected and in the call).

• Added a “Chat” button to chat privately with other host providers during a call.

3. Updates for Faster Scheduling

• We added a Today button so you can always go back to the current daily, weekly, or monthly view in your calendar

• Rescheduling the date & time of existing appointments is now possible without having to cancel the whole appointment
