VSee Clinic 7.2 releases on October 7. Providers get more control over documentation and easier scheduling; Clinic Admins get a stronger analytics dashboard.
Scheduling & Communication
Calendar list view — The Schedule page now offers a List view alongside Month, Week, and Day. See slots and appointments in one chronological list with date, time, provider, and practice.
Faster provider selection — When patients book, the provider list is now sorted A–Z and searchable by name. "Any Provider" stays pinned at the top, and selecting a provider filters available times to that provider only.
Group Visits self-service — Patients can now book and cancel Group Visit appointments on their own, without contacting the clinic.
Cleaner web chat on login — The chat list now shows only new or unread chats and is collapsed by default.
Documentation
A more organized AI workspace — SOAP Notes now has three dedicated tabs: Conversation, Notes, and ICD. Everything you need is in one view.
Transcription control — Pause and resume live transcription to capture only the clinical portions of the visit and keep transcripts concise.
See the "why" behind AI suggestions — Generated notes now include a Reasoning section explaining how the AI arrived at its suggestions from your transcript.
Group Notes for Group Visits — Providers can document a Group Visit with a Group Note.
Technical & Admin Notes
For those who want a deeper look at the VC 7.2 infrastructure:
AI SOAP Notes
Integrated ICD workflow — The ICD tab is now part of the UI, alongside Conversation and Notes, streamlining the coding process.
Feedback mechanism — A Like/Dislike loop lets users give direct input on AI accuracy for continuous model refinement.
Analytics Dashboard
Framework migration — The core analytics engine now runs on the standard VSee Clinic framework, improving cross-platform stability and rendering speed.
Advanced visualizations — Added patient demographic views (age/gender) and richer charting for visit trends and average wait times.
Updated KPI tracking — Enhanced schemas for visit volume, appointment completions, walk-ins, duration, and payment collections.
