On your web browser, go to your custom clinic web address.
Before or after logging in as a provider or patient, test your audio and video setup by clicking on Test Computer.
For providers using mobile browser, go to your custom clinic web address. Log in, click on your name then Test Computer.
Please note this test is not available for patients on mobile. You need to allow camera and mic permissions instead if you have not done yet. See https://help.vsee.com/kb/articles/allow-camera-and-mic-permissions-android-and-ios.
