How to pair a weight scale on Android

You can pair a weight scale as part of your first-time login by completing the following steps:

1. Unpack your device and install the batteries. Make sure the device is powered off.

2. Touch + to pair your Welch Allyn Home app device.

3. Touch Welch Allyn Home.

4. Touch Scale and then the image of the Welch-Allyn Scale.

5. The app might display dialogs that ask for permission to access and locate other devices. This will require Bluetooth. Touch Allow in the dialogs.

6.  Touch Pair Now to start the pairing process.

   
   

7. Press the power button once on the weight scale monitor once to turn it on, and then press and hold it for 3 seconds to set the device to pairing mode.

8. Once the device had been detected,  The Device Found screen will appear on your phone, and then the Device Paired dialog will open.

9. Touch OK.
