How to Log In
After your initial login, you will only need your email and self-selected password to log in to the clinical portal.
Open your Chrome browser and navigate to the Welch Allyn Home clinical portal at www.welchallynhomecp.com.
Enter your email address and your password, then click Log in. The Clinic Dashboard will appear.
How to Log Out
To log out of the clinical portal, click Profile Menu on the far right of the menu bar and click Log Out. You will be brought back to the provider log in page.
