Existing Clinicians

The Clinician enters the live clinic and is routed to the Health Dashboard.

At this point, existing Welch Allyn clinicians will already be able to see their old active patients accounts in the Health Dashboard as their information have been migrated in the system.

New Clinicians

For new clinicians, they will have no patients under the Health Dashboard yet so the clinician needs to invite patients to subscribe to his clinic or allow the clinician to follow the health vitals of the patients. 

Steps to invite a patient:

1. Click on the Patients tab and click the Invite Patients button.

2. Enter the email address of the patient/s.

Take note, the Clinician should already have the email address of their patients from their initial/live consultation.

1. Edit the Email subject and Email body (optional). 

2. Click on the Send Invitation button to submit the request. 

3. Wait for the Patient to accept the request.

4. Once a patient accepts the request, you will see a notification alert on the bell icon/Recent notifications.

5. Refresh the page to show on the Health dashboard the health vitals of the patient who just accepted the invite request 
   

Now, the clinician can start monitoring the patient’s health readings.

Clinician should follow the same step for all his other patients.
