How to create a new account on iOS

If you have not installed the Welch Allyn Home app, download and install it now.

Take note, this instruction assumes that you are setting up your app independently without help from the doctor’s office. 

1.  Open the Welch Allyn Home app.

A pop-up notification appears.

1. Touch Allow receiving notifications from the app.

You will be routed to the Log in screen.

1. Touch Create account toward the bottom of the screen.

2. Fill in the required fields: First name, Last name, and Email. Then touch Enter.

The Verification screen appears and tells you to check your email for a 6-character

verification code.

1. Enter the 6-character verification code sent to your email and touch Enter.

Be sure to check your Spam folder if the email doesn't arrive in your Inbox. 

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, tap here to have it resent to you.

The Terms and Conditions screen appears.

1. Read the Terms and conditions, and then touch I Agree next to proceed.

   
   

2. Enter your profile information and set up your password then touch Create.

Make sure to write down your password for future reference.
