Change VSee Messenger Email and Migrate Contacts

Change Registered Email Address

For security purposes, our system does not allow changing a VSee Messenger account’s email address. Instead, you may create a new VSee Messenger account using your new email address and send a request to migrate your contacts from your old account.

Migrate VSee Messenger Contacts

It is possible to migrate contacts from your old account to your new account. However, migrating contacts from your old account will not include any recent chats or call history from the old account. If you need to keep any of them, please save them on your local device.

Currently, this can only be done at the backend which is handled securely and with confidentiality. Please reach out to us via email to process this by sending an email at

Scope and Limitations:

Contacts from VSee Messenger account cannot be migrated to an online clinic account.
