Activate Your Welch Allyn Home Account On The New App

If you already had an existing Welch Allyn Home account, you will be sent an invitation e-mail to your registered e-mail address where you can set up your account to the new App and Patient Portal. The e-mail will have the subject: “You are Invited to Your New Welch Allyn Home App!”

You can set up your by following the steps below. Please note that the provided instructions are assuming you are opening the invitation e-mail from your mobile device:

Download the New App

  1. From the invitation email, under step 1, tap on the corresponding app source for your device (Apple App store for Apple Devices and Google Play Store for Android Devices). Your selected app store will open.

  2. On the store page, tap on Get (for Apple) or Install (for Android) to install the Welch Allyn Home App.

  3. Once the app had been downloaded and installed, go back to the invitation e-mail to proceed with account activation.

Activate Account

  1. From the invitation email, tap on Activate Now. The link will be opened on your default internet browser.

  2. On the fields shown, enter and confirm your new password. tap on Password Requirements to ensure the requirements are met before nominating a password.

    • The password must have at least 6 characters.

    • The password must contain at least one of the English uppercase characters (i.e. A-Z), one of the English lowercase characters (i.e. a-z), and one of the base 10 digits (i.e. 0-9).

  3. Tick the corresponding checkboxes to agree to the Terms of Service (Please not that this is required) and consent to participate in surveys.

  4. tap on Submit once done

  5. You will be taken to the login screen with a message confirmation of your password setting.


Launch App and Log In

  1. Once the Welch Allyn Home app had been installed and your account had been activated, launch the Welch Allyn Home App.

  2. The app will launch and you will be taken to the Create Account or Log In screen. Tap on Log In.

  3. Input your registered e-mail address and the password you have set. Tap Log In.

  4. If the login attempt is successful, you will taken to the Welch Allyn Home App Home screen.
