How to access the Patient Portal (on web)

Once you signed up for an account using the Welch Allyn Home Mobile App, you can sign in to the Patient Portal through the Web.

1. You will receive an email after you successfully complete signing up for your account. From the email, click on the Go to Welch Allyn Home button.

Take note, the button name may change depending on the Clinic name set by your Provider.

You will be routed to the Clinic landing page.

1. Click Login.  

2. Enter your email address and password.

3. Click Log In.

4. Click on Health.

You have successfully logged in to your Patient account to your Patient portal.
