How to switch to the Live Clinic

As a sales representative, you need to ensure the clinicians understand how they can start checking the health vitals of their patients.

The demo clinic does not have the option to Invite Patients. You have to switch to the live clinic view to show the Invite patient flow.

1. Click your name on the top right side of your screen (Profile menu)

2. Select the Clinic switcher to the live Clinic.

A new tab will open which will route you to the live clinic. 

Inviting a Patient

You can find the invite patient option under the Patients tab or on the profile menu.

At this point, you can use any existing demo patients’ email address (that has not accepted the request yet) to show the invite patient process.
