How to view the Patient’s health readings

Once the patient has accepted your invitation to subscribe to your Clinic, you can start viewing the patient’s health readings.

All the patients who accepted your invitation will be automatically pinned on your Dashboard page.

From your Dashboard, click the Patient name with whom you want to view the Profile.

Once you click on the patient’s name, you can view a summary of the patient’s profile information.

Take note, the Patient status must be Active, Inactive, or Deactivated for you to view any readings. If the patient's status is Pending or the patient has not accepted your subscription invitation yet, the record will not open.

Also, a patient may choose to stop sharing readings (unsubscribe) or delete their account at any time.

*An alternative navigation to view the Patient’s health readings is to click the Patients tab from the menu bar. And then click the Patient’s name.

Title View

This is the default view where you can view recent readings of the patient for the day.

Chart View

To view the trend of recent measurements of the patient's readings, click Chart.

Shows the BP Trend, Heart Rate, Pulse Rate Trend, and Weight graphs.

The Blood Pressure, Heart rate pulse, Blood Oxygen, Weight, and Temperature graphs will also show.

Scroll as needed to view all graphs.

Take note, at least two readings must be recorded to draw a graph.

Also, the portal does not allow viewing All saved readings in graph form. You must select a filter (number of days and/or time of day) to view graphs of patient readings.

The readings displayed change based on your selections.

To view the readings separately as a list, click on List View.

You can select between Weight, Blood pressure, Blood oxygen, Heart rate pulse, and Temperature.

By default, you will see the Weight readings.

You can view the source of the reading if Device name or Manual.

You can also reject the readings as necessary.

Note: The migrated data of patients from the old clinic portal can only be viewed under List View. For more information, please refer to View Health Readings of Patients Migrated from the Old Clinic Portal.
