If you are an existing clinician with Welch Allyn Home, after completing the steps provided from “Set Password and Log In for the First Time”, the data from your patients should be migrated to the new clinic.
To view the migrated health readings of your patients please follow the steps below:
Sign in to your Welch Allyn Home Clinic Portal account.
From your Dashboard, click on the Patients tab. You will see the list of the patients that are under your clinic.
Click on the patient name you want to view the data of. You will see the patient details page with the Health tab of the patient displayed by default.
Click on List View. The recent readings of the patient will be displayed.
Below the Health tab, click on the arrow on either side of the month to display the history of the reading per month. You should be able to see the migrated readings history of the patient.
Take Note: The migrated health data of patients from the previous platform can only be viewed from List View. The migrated readings are not displayed on the day, week, or month view.
