As soon as you log in to the Patient Portal, you will see the Dashboard.
Home
Next to the Welch Allyn Home Logo, you will see the Home tab which is the default view for the portal. There are two tabs under Home:
Health
The Health tab shows your most recent readings: Weight, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen, Temperature, and Respiratory Rate. You will find the following tabs that modify how the data is displayed:
Title
Chart
List View
Day / Week / Month
The Log Data button is below the Day / Week / Month view. This allows you to input a reading manually.
Documents
The Documents tab is where you will find all the files/documents you or your Clinician have uploaded under your account. You can view or delete the currently uploaded files or click on the +Upload File to upload more files for your provider to view.
Profile Menu
Click on your name on the top right side of your screen to open the Profile Menu.
My Profile- this is where you can edit your personal information. Please note that you can view the Notification Settings under the Preferences but this cannot be edited.
