Clinician Dashboard Navigation

Authors list

As soon as you log in to your clinic, you will see the Dashboard.

The screen is divided into two areas: Header area and Content area.

Header Area

The Header area, located at the top of each screen, displays the Welch Allyn logo as well as the primary navigation elements of the portal. The following information and controls appear in this area:

Patients Tab

Next to the Dashboard, you will see the Patients tab. In here, you will see the Patients menu. This provides access to patient-related screens.

  • Under Patients, all patients registered in the clinical portal will be displayed - and can be filtered in multiple ways

  • The Invite Patient button allows you to send email invites to your patients to subscribe to your Clinic.

Recent Notifications

Recent Notifications show notifications of patients who accepted your subscription request.

Make sure to click on the Dashboard tab again or refresh the page to show the new patient who accepted your request under the patient list.

Profile Menu

Click on your name on the top right side of your screen to open the Profile Menu.

  • My Account - this is where you can edit your personal information, preferences, and patient risk notifications settings.

  • Invite Patient - This is an alternative navigation from the Patient tab’s invite patient button.

  • By clicking on Help, you can see the Support information for you to reach if there are any technical issues.

  • Lastly, the logout option to logout from the clinic.

Content Area

Under the Dashboard, you will find the Content area which displays information based on your menu selections and other controls.  This displays a chart of patients’ risk levels and a table reflecting patients’ real time readings.

We have 2 sections, the Risk Level Chart and the Readings Table.

Risk Level Chart

The Risk Level Chart shows three risk levels of the patients’ current readings which are classified as high risk, medium risk, or normal.

The risk levels are determined based on how the Clinician and/or Administrator sets the risk ranges.

When you click on a risk level, it will display the number of patients that are classified on that risk level.

Take note that all patients under the selected risk level will be displayed on the readings table below.

Readings Table

Under the Readings Table, the patients’ real-time readings will show. From the left you will see the Patients names, Health Vitals - which are Weight, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, Blood Oxygen, Temperature, and Respiratory Rate.

Under the Actions column, you can select to edit the Risk Range, Risk Notification, or unpin from Health Dashboard the selected patient.

Take note, when you unpin your patients, they will no longer appear under the Readings Table but you can still manually look for them under the Patients tab.
