Setting Up Clinic-wide Patient Risk Range Settings as a Clinic Admin

Authors list

Set up Risk Range Settings for All Patients

Using the Risk Range Settings, you can determine values for each health vital that is considered to be normal, high, low, and severely high or low. This is useful for Clinicians so that they can plan an intervention and/or contact emergency services as needed.

Note: Changes made on an individual patient’s risk range settings override the general risk range settings for all patients.

Follow these steps to set up Clinic-wide Patient risk Range Settings as an Admin

  1. On the menu bar, click Clinic.

  2. Select Health Settings.

    • Take note, you can reset to clinic default settings per Health Vital by clicking on the undo button or reset all by clicking Reset all to Default.

  3.  Under Risk Range Settings, adjust the sliders to determine the range for Normal, Medium, Low, and High-risk readings.

    • The Normal range shows as green, the Medium risk alert shows as orange, High-Risk alert shows as red.

  4. Click on Update.

    • Take note, changes made on an individual patient’s risk range settings by a Clinician override the clinic-wide settings.
