Steps to log readings manually

1. Click Log Data.

2. Select between Weight, Blood pressure, Blood oxygen, Heart rate pulse, and Temperature.

3. Manually input the data and select the unit of measurement as necessary.

Click on the arrows to log data from the previous week/s.

1. Click Submit.
