Reviewing your Patient List

You can view all of your patients and their data by clicking on the Patients tab.

Patients section

The Patients section shows the current list of patients in your Clinic with the following information:

  • Name, Gender, Age, email address, and phone number.

Under Actions, you can also unpin the selected patient from your Dashboard Reading list, or unsubscribe the patient from your clinic.

Take note, once you unsubscribe a patient, you will no longer be able to see the selected patient’s profile and health data. There is no way to undo this, other than sending a new Invite request to the patient.

Within the Patients section, you can display your patients’ information, by selecting any of the following radial buttons:

  • All - All patients including the unsubscribed patients.

  • Only my patients

  • Hidden patients

  • Pending requests - Patients who have not accepted the invite.

Take note, Patients who have just been added to Welch Allyn Home remain in pending status until they set up their account on their app.

Patient Health section

  • The Patient Health section shows all your patients’ health readings. This is especially useful for you to view the health readings of your patients who are not pinned on your Dashboard Reading list.

You can also filter the duration that you would like to view the patient’s health readings by Day, Week, Month, Year or Customed view.

  • You can choose to view All Patients’ data at once, or by individual patients.

  1. Click on the dropdown All patients.

  2. Select the individual patient you would like to view the health data.

  3. Select Search.

  • From this page, the health data will show the Date when the data was taken, the Patient’s name, the Data logged, the Device Source, and the Status as Accepted.

Take note, only the data that you accepted will reflect under the Status column.

  • All rejected data can be viewed only through the Health Trackers List View when you view the patient’s profile.

Export Health Data

  • Aside from just viewing the patients’ health data from the Patients tab, you can also Export Health Data:

  1. Search for the patient and/or health data that you wish to export.

  2. Click on Export Health Data. A csv. file will be downloaded.
