How to Chat with a Participant During the Visit

In an In Progress Visit, Provider can individually send messages and files to each of the Participants. These messages that are sent can be viewed even after the Visit. 

Follow the steps below to send a message or a file to to your Participant.

 

1. `Click on the Chat icon.  


2.  A chat window will appear on the right side of your screen.

    Type your message in the “Type your message here” field.


Note: Access the chat icon button to initiate a chat and send files to a Participant individually. 


Note: Messages that are sent through the Chat icon from the Visit Page can still be viewed even after the Visit.
