1. On the VSee main screen, please click on your initials, then select Edit Profile.
2. Your Account Profile settings page will open. Simply click on the pencil icon to edit your first name, last name and password.
For security purposes, our system does not allow changing an email address / username that already has a VSee account. To use a new email address, please signup with that email.
In the top menu bar, click VSee > Edit Profile.
Set Status Presence
On the VSee main screen, please click your initials. You can choose to be shown as Online, Busy or Hidden.
Please click initials and choose your preferred status.
Online - This is the default status.
Busy - A user can choose this status or automatically be shown as busy when in a videocall.
Hidden/Offline - A user with this status can mean he is actually offline or he manually set his status as hidden. When hidden, a user is shown as offline but can still receive chats and calls.
Idle - System-defined status. A user is shown as idle after 5 mins of inactivity.
Mobile - System-defined presence. This is when a user is logged-in a mobile device.
