Forgot Password / Email Not Recognized
- Make sure your email address is associated with a VSee Messenger account. See guide.
- Open VSee Messenger. Click Forgot password? or go to https:
/ /my.vsee.com /account /passwordreset
3. Please type your email address / username and click on Request Password Reset button. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox. Click or copy-paste the link on your browser.
- On the Sign In page, simply click Forgot Password? A password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
- For VSee Clinic providers and staff, make sure your email address has a Clinic account. Please contact your designated Clinic Admin to give you access or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
No Activation email / Password Reset email received
- Please check your spam folder or add "email@example.com" and "firstname.lastname@example.org" to your inbox whitelist to ensure our emails pass through.
- Please try the steps above again or email us at email@example.com.
